Off-Campus Access via the Library's Proxy Server

Off-campus access to licensed library resources is limited to authorized users.

You may use ONE of the following login methods:

A Remote Access account is required for MCW faculty, staff, residents and students to access the proxy server.
All other authorized users must enter their library barcode and PIN.

(VPN Users: Close your VPN connection before using the library proxy server. Using both VPN and the proxy server at the same time will result in the inability to access most library resources from off-campus.)

To obtain a Remote Access account and password, go to Information Services' online form.

Please note: The Remote Acccess account online form is on a restricted, internal Medical College of Wisconsin Web site, so you'll need to be on campus when you apply. Call Information Services at (414) 456-4357 if you cannot access the online form.

To obtain a library barcode and/or PIN, apply in person at one of the three MCW Libraries: Todd Wehr, Froedtert or Children's.
